What to have ready
- Both addresses, or at least both ZIP codes
- The date, and whether it can move by a day or two
- Bedrooms, and whether the garage or a storage unit is involved
- Stairs or an elevator at either end
- Anything heavy or specialised: safe, piano, pool table
- Whether this is a PCS move, and if so whether it is a PPM
None of it is required to call, but each item makes the quote closer to the final bill.
What happens when you call
The number on this site reaches us, not a call centre. If the question can be answered on the phone, it gets answered. If you want a quote, your details go to one local moving company that covers your area and can do the date, and that company contacts you directly to price the move. You will not be passed to a list of movers who each call you.
Best time to call
Weekday mornings. Moving crews are out from early morning and harder to reach mid-afternoon, and the last week of each month is the busiest, so calling before then gets you more choice of dates.
Calls are recorded
You will hear a short announcement before the call connects. Recordings exist so details like dates and addresses are not misremembered, and for nothing else. If you would rather not be recorded, use the form instead.

Common questions
Can I get a price over the phone?
A rough range, yes. A written estimate with a maximum price needs a proper description, a video walk-through or a visit, depending on the size of the move.
Do you handle moves out of Texas?
Moves starting in the Killeen area can go anywhere, but an interstate move needs a mover with a USDOT number and FMCSA authority. Say where you are going when you call.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within one business day, and the same day if you call during business hours.
